Responsibility
The provider is not liable for any information published on its website if it has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to it.
The provider's website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions that are deemed essential for the proper functioning and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are temporary with the sole purpose of making subsequent transmission more efficient and disappear at the end of the user's session. From the client's website, it is possible to be redirected to third-party content. Since the provider cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, it assumes no responsibility for such content. The provider will proceed to remove any content that may violate national or international legislation, morality, or public order, by removing the redirect to such website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.
The provider is not responsible for information and content stored, including but not limited to, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other means that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities, and security forces, and actively collaborates in the removal or blocking of all content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, or morality and public order. If a user considers that there is any content on the website that may be subject to this classification, they are requested to immediately notify the website administrator.
This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to function correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors or events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, and other necessary elements for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, are the property of the provider or, where applicable, have express license or authorization from the authors. All website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations and registered in the corresponding public registers. Regardless of the purpose for which they are intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization require prior written authorization from the provider. Any unauthorized use by the provider will be considered a serious infringement of the intellectual or industrial property rights of the author.
Designs, logos, text, and/or graphics belonging to third parties and that may appear on the website are the property of their respective owners, who are responsible for any possible controversy that may arise regarding them. In any case, the provider has express and prior authorization from them.
The provider does NOT EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE third parties to directly redirect to specific contents of the website, having to redirect to the provider's main website in all cases.
The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their holders, and their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibilities of the provider regarding them, nor endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the provider.
To make any observation regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as about any of the website's content, you can do so via the email provided in the identification data at the beginning of this document.
