About Me
Hello! I'm Franklin Moreno Masaveu, the founder of Masaveu Tech and a passionate Product Manager with over 16 years of experience in the tech industry. My career in this dynamic field has been shaped by a unique combination of multicultural experiences and a commitment to innovation. I am driven by the desire to create digital solutions that make a significant impact.
My Background
I was born in Peru and raised in the United States, specifically in Ohio. This early exposure to diverse cultures and environments has deeply influenced my perspective and approach to technology and business. After spending my formative years in Ohio, I returned to Peru to complete my high school education. It was there that I discovered my passion for technology and decided to study Computer Engineering at the Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo Catholic University. My degree was later recognized as equivalent to the title of Ingeniero Superior en Informática in Spain.
After earning my engineering degree, I moved to Spain to further my education and broaden my horizons. In Spain, I completed an MBA at Universidad Camilo José Cela, followed by a Master's in Project Management at the same university, and a Master's in Product Management at The Valley, Madrid. This comprehensive combination of technical and business studies has equipped me with a balanced skill set, allowing me to excel in both strategic and operational aspects of product management. Additionally, I am registered with the Official College of Computer Engineers of the Principality of Asturias (COIIPA) with registration number 240349.
My Professional
Journey
My career in product management has been an exciting adventure, taking me from the vibrant tech hubs of Spain to collaborative international environments. Over the years, I have led numerous projects spanning SaaS B2B platforms, B2C mobile applications, and complex backend processes. My role has consistently involved gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining product roadmaps, and steering cross-functional teams towards achieving our goals.
I excel at effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that project objectives align with business strategies. My ability to balance technical expertise with strategic vision has been instrumental in delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
